SB Fitness LP2500 Commercial Rated Plate Loaded Linear Bearing Leg Press and Calf Raise

I’ve used this machine for over a year now and I can say this compact wonder is worth every penny. It’s as solid and well engineered as any leg press I’ve seen in any gym over the years. This includes the use of linear bearings--not urethane wheels--that make sled movement very smooth. One of the main reasons I purchased this machine is that the weight horns are easy (and safe) to load because they are located topside on the weight sled--not hanging underneath the weight sled like so many other “combo/compact” machines, which require you to bend and twist to load 45 lb. plates on nearly inaccessible weight horns. The fit and finish of the upholstery and padding is also first rate and make the machine comfortable to use. Due to its solid construction, it is a very heavy piece of equipment so assemble it where you want it to sit.

The buying and delivery process was as solid as the machine itself. It arrived when promised, well crated and bubble wrapped to protect it in shipping. SB Fitness customer service is also excellent. One of the red anodized end caps on the release handles was marred and the safety instruction decal was in Spanish. One phone call and the new English decal and replacement end caps were in the mail and promptly delivered. I highly recommend this leg press and SB Fitness.

As advertised, outstanding piece of equipment, quality build, arrived properly packaged, easy to put together but I did it myself and some of the pieces are over 100 pounds and not easy to hold in position so that was a challenge. Highly recommend, beside squats, this is a necessary machine for building foundation - legs and core is where it all starts...

Extremely pleased with the quality of the leg press, the fast shipping, and excellent customer service. The leg press was delivered 5 days after it was ordered. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble by myself. There was one bolt missing, so I contacted customer service. Within minutes a representative contacted me back and shipped the missing bolt at no cost to me. I plan to order more equipment in the future.
