SB Fitness Equipment Shipping Policy

At SB Fitness Equipment, we work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely. Because our treadmills and gym equipment are large and heavy, shipping involves freight carriers with specific requirements. We’ve outlined everything clearly below so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • In-stock items: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after your order is processed.
  • Body-Solid drop-ship items: These can take up to 2 weeks to ship, depending on the time of year. We do our best to show current estimated shipping times directly on the product pages.
  • Delivery window: Once your shipment leaves our facility, delivery typically occurs within 4–10 business days, though this can vary by location and carrier schedules.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses.

Cancellations Please request cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order if possible, as many items ship the next business day.

Freight Delivery (Large Equipment) For safety and liability reasons, all large items (such as treadmills) are delivered curbside or to the end of your driveway.

  • The carrier will call the phone number you provide to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Please make sure someone is available to accept the delivery on the scheduled day.
  • Drivers are not permitted to bring items inside garages, basements, or homes.

We strongly recommend arranging help (friends, family, or neighbors) ahead of time to move the equipment to its final location after drop-off. Most customers find this works smoothly with a little planning.
