SB Fitness Equipment Return Policy

At SB Fitness Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind our products with strong warranties and responsive support. Because treadmills and gym equipment are large, heavy items with high shipping costs, we’ve designed our policy to be fair to both our customers and our small business.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item if it is not the right fit or if you’re not fully satisfied.

Change of Mind Returns (Unopened / Undamaged Items)

  • If you decide the item isn’t right for you before opening the box, contact us and we’ll arrange a return.
  • A 20% restocking fee (based on the item price, excluding tax and shipping) will apply to help cover restocking and the significant shipping costs involved with heavy equipment.
  • Alternative: Choose a full-value store credit instead and we’ll waive the restocking fee.
  • Some large items may need to be securely palletized for return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your treadmill arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please inspect the package immediately upon delivery and notify us right away with photos.
  • We will work with you quickly to resolve the issue. This usually means shipping replacement parts (with a service provider if needed) at no cost to you under our warranty.
  • If the item is not repairable, we will arrange to pick it up and send a replacement, or in some cases allow you to keep the damaged unit and ship a new one.

Opened boxes are generally not eligible for return unless the item is damaged or defective, as these large items are difficult and expensive to restock once unboxed.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Once the order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process above.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days (please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit).
  • The fastest way to exchange for a different model is to return the original item and place a new order.

Important Notes:

  • We cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
  • Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable in most cases, as freight for treadmills is expensive in both directions.
